A written prayer
Prayer to Release Panic
“Dear Heavenly Father,
I release all panic, fear, worry and catastrophic thinking which causes my heart to constrict and my eyes to experience the world with tunnel vision.
Lord, you are my shalom. I desire to ride your river of peace flowing within me. Teach me your ways. Heal the brokenness within which causes my body to align with fear and dread.
Forgive me for not trusting you and take away all thoughts of unbelief.
Today, I choose to align with your shalom. I reject all fear of the unknown. Give me your grace and help me to float with ease and grace in your river of peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
