Prayer for breaking ungodly soul ties
“Dear Heavenly Father,
I want to thank you that I am fearfully and wonderfully made in your image. I realize that I am not just a body, but I have a mind, soul and spirit as well.
All of these things are affected and connected to each other.
I come to you with a heavy heart. This is because I have formed relationships that were not Godly in your eyes.
I repent of hindering myself from a deeper relationship with you because I have chosen other people and things to take priority. You should always be first in my life.
Right now, I am removing all idols in my heart that have previously gone before you.
I break the soul tie that I have with_____________. I am returning what I took from ______________ and I am taking back what I have given to ________________.
Lord, I know you are restoring my heart, body and soul. I accept the complete healing and restoration from the blood of your Son. It is washing me clean and I receive it.
Lord, apply that resurrection power to the wounds I have inflicted on myself and to ___________. We are now separate in soul and spirit, complete our souls with you alone.
As we become strong in the Lord, bless us to find the person that you had set aside just for us.
In Jesus precious name, remove all bitterness and unforgivness. Help us both to move forward and attract the people in our lives that will bring us closer to you.
As we are anticipating these flesh and blood friendships and God-ordained covenant relationships, create a new depth of intimacy with you that we have never enjoyed before. Help us to keep moving forward and keep going deeper in you with each year you bless us on this earth.
You are the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I want you to be the ruler of my heart from this day forward, Amen.”
