Prayer for Work/Relationship Conflicts
“Dear Heavenly Father,
This is a season of transition for __________and ___________. Both need to hear from you, God.
Since you speak through peace and clarity, we come against unrest and confusion.
Soften hearts. Open eyes and ears to not do what seems best in the eyes of men but to follow your spirit in hearing what’s best in the eyes of God.
Lord, you are wisdom. You are peace. You are a God of order and honor. We bless the parts of you we struggle to be; cover us with your blood to become supernatural forgivers, filled with mercy, self-lessness and compassion for each other.
Break down walls erected in the name of fear to make room for your atmosphere of faith.
Give _____________ and ______________the patience to wait on you. Fill them with the joy of the Lord as they give the burdens of their heart to you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
