One word from God has the power to change everything.

“Charity suffereth long and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up.  Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil.”

“My Precious One,

When you’re not being loved in the way you need, turn to the source of every good thing for I’m always ready to bestow even more of my goodness.

I flow through love and when you choose it, you choose me. Let me show you how to love the (seemingly) un-loveable from a place of compassion (not resentment). Yes, this means you’re embracing vulnerability but you’re also embracing the greatest force known to man…which enables you to be used in the mightiest of ways.

You’ve prayed, “Lord, use me for good.”

But the answer to this prayer falls upon you…

Will you love? Even when things aren’t easy or convenient?

Choose fearless love for this is what makes the impossible, possible!”

“See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and His glory appears over you.” Isaiah 60:2

My Precious One,

When you stepped forward in faith and chose to follow me, the darkness hovering over and inside you dispelled; the world became less dark because you invited me inside!

The enemy has tainted the word’s ability to see me. When you soak in my presence, you begin to reflect my glory. As you become filled with my spirit, it’s my light and freedom that emit from you! This dispels the darkness and deception of the enemy.  Don’t you see there’s so much power in your choice?!

One of the greatest deceptions is that you’re powerless to impact such a dark and heavy culture. But, don’t you know that the world is searching for my love, freedom and peace–even if they aren’t aware of it?

Stay in my presence where you will have plenty of encouragement, wisdom direction, protection and illumination. You will have the peace, joy and inner abundance and satisfaction that the world is so desperate for!

Don’t be afraid of standing out because that’s what I called you to be—a perplexing and beautiful light that shines in the midst of great darkness.  This is not a ‘bad’ thing but a ‘God’ thing.”

“Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.  Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-His good, pleasing and perfect will.” Romans 12:2

“My Precious One,

In the past, you struggled with fitting in.  You once viewed this as negative, but…recognize how this has prepared your walk with me!

For my ways are not man’s ways…

Lean into our partnership of holy transformation. As you trust me, your spirit releases what holds you back.  Faith is an exercise of the will but it’s also an expression of who I’m molding you to be—for I make all things beautiful and functional.”

“But the Lord said to Samuel, ‘Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him.  The Lord does not look at the things man looks at.  Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:7

My Precious One,

My heart is drawn to yours and nothing subjective affects that draw.  In fact, the pull of my heart to yours is the essence of who I am—love, mercy, kindness and compassion.

When you reflect the nature of who I am, as your father, I am proud.  The world is dazzled and impressed by what is fleeting. The conditions are harsh, judgmental and merciless; it truly is survival of the fittest, smartest and strongest.

I love to invest in the eternal.  As you your body readies itself to return to dust, remember to invest as I do.

Truly consider if what you’re relying on is stable.  In the end, it all comes down to the heart.  The condition of it (the thoughts and intents) are what I value. See the heart of others and nurture their growth in me.  This is investing in the eternal.  It’s how Jesus lived, making the choices of a true king.”

“But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in His presence.” 1 Corinthians 1:27-29

The highest thoughts of man are foolishness to me.  Get a revelation of this and your vision won’t be obscured by ego or pride, two major barriers to being utilized by me…The Almighty!

To compete with God is pure foolishness and those filled with hubris will only go down.

Humility makes room for wisdom beyond itself. Remain humble and allow my greatness to overshadow your weakness for my glory shines best through broken and contrite vessels.”

“By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death; he could not be found, because God had taken him away.  For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God.  And without faith, it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.” Hebrews 11:5-6

“My Precious One,

As your Father, I long to meet your needs and develop you.  As your friend, I wish to share passions, dreams and desires; to have a relationship weaved with give and take, one based on trust, respect and love.

Those who know me, see me as more than a ‘meet-er of needs’; recognizing my unconditional love, they trust me enough to draw closer and go deeper.

I desire an intimacy with you and when you relegate my access to the fringes of your life, it breaks my heart.

Most of the Israelites were fearful and untrusting of my heart towards them. But…Moses was different. And, I rewarded him for stepping up and out. How we enjoyed a greater connection! I love all my children but some…I call my friends.

Moses, Enoch and Abraham became my friends; this was a natural progression from the quality time we spent together.

If only the faces of all my children would shine from my presence!  That they would know (from the depths of their being) I am a relational God–focused on connection, redemption and restoration.

I am good and pure; every soul who reaches towards me will never be rejected. I long to take what we have and go higher and deeper; to expand your experience and understanding of my love. Just like Moses, Abraham and Enoch, I call YOU…higher. I call you deeper.

Pursue me with your whole heart and you will never be satisfied with mere glimpses of me; the more your heart pursues, the more I’ll be seen. Time is precious and fleeting; get to know me as not only your Father but the most loving, loyal and patient friend you will ever have.”
