I don’t expect your life to be a succession of flawless steps towards me!

It’s easy to get lost and confused…but those familiar with my presence, know they can always call home.  For although I’m available to all, those who’ve made themselves available to me are comfortable crying out for salvation. This is the benefit of sharing an intimate connection.

Keep your heart close to mine and I’ll redirect any routes headed towards destruction. Remember, true favor, blessing and joy—the deep longings of the soul—are all fulfilled through me.”

There’s no lack of noble deeds one can cram into a day.  But…you weren’t created to ‘keep busy’! You were created for purpose and excellence.

Remain sensitive to my voice and I’ll lead you towards specific people and tasks which are woven into the work I’m doing within you.

When guilt, condemnation and obligation pressure you, take a moment to find my voice.  I’ll quiet the lies with my truth, redirecting you towards my rivers of peace. Give yourself a moment to enjoy the warmth, blessing and favor which rises upon those who remember The One they serve.”

My Precious One,

Remember success is not measured by the standards and time-lines of men. This is not success according to me…

Each person was created with individual strengths, weaknesses and limitations. My grace sustains everyone—those dependent upon me and those who’ve told themselves they’re not.  Every person has experienced my grace–but not every person has experienced my power.

A humble heart is crucial for tapping into my power; aligning our hearts brings the supernatural possibilities of my all-powerful, all-knowing Fatherly presence.

Don’t consume yourself with the ‘how’; only trust that depending upon me offers great opportunities for growth and unlimited power.

You will be a work in progress until you come home, so accept my peace and relish the process of learning how much I love you and how involved I wish to be.

It’s fruitless to focus on what you can or cannot do. Acknowledge your need for me, quiet your spirit, meditate on my word and keep your eyes and ears open to my leading.  This is a productive use of your time.

Expect me to show up as if I’m the most dependable, loving, sacrificial father—because I am.”

My Precious One,

Every good and blessed thing comes from me.  If you keep that in mind, you’re able to recognize the earmarks of my presence and the more you acknowledge, the more you’ll see.

The enemy works to cloud your hope in my good nature by whispering doubt and fear of the unknown.  To counter him, seek my truth, contained in my Word.  This where your tenacity to believe in my kindness is crucial; to stand firmly in what you believe, despite what you see.

It’s the sacred altar where fear and current reality are sacrificed.  As the fragrance of your faith rises to my throne, honoring me as your God, I smile in deep satisfaction.  A father’s heart is warmed.

Your trust in me is exchanged for favor and blessing. When life circumstances, or the enemy of your soul come against your hope, this is your moment to gift me a precious, priceless treasure.  Belief in my everlasting kindness is a gift that keeps on giving—to you and me!”

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God.

My Precious One,

I’m always looking to display my love and care for the things that matter to you; there are no insignificant details when it comes to…you.

I see the desires, disappointment, dreams and betrayals, the war over your mind and emotions.  Because you don’t have the full perspective, you cannot know the power, wisdom and scope in which I work.

As I align all things for your good, keep your faith in my promises. Even if it looks as if I’ve abandoned my post as a watchman on your wall, I will meet you at your level of faith. It’s important to trust in me.

There’s a myriad of things you cannot do…and that’s okay! The beauty is, I the Lord, cover you, generously sharing from vats of abundance.

Trusting in me plants you under my protection and favor.  No matter how things look, you’re blessed.

There’s a battle for your faith.  Don’t fall for the illusion of what’s before you.  Keep your eyes on me.  When the chaos settles, you’ll be standing strong, because my hand has never put you down.”

The enemy hopes to sideline your mission by distracting you with self-loathing. Don’t get caught in the undertow of self-defeating thoughts; stay aware of your weakness but don’t remain consumed with them.

Remain in me and I’ll convict your heart towards repentance. After penitence is complete, believe without a shadow of doubt, your slate is wiped clean. Only then will the chains of fear, shame and guilt loosen their attachment.

In this new found freedom and clarity, you’ll recognize when a brother or sister is drowning in self-defeat. As they’re being pulled under by the weight of condemnation, I’ll give you the strength to throw them a life-line.
