I felt led to share something that happened to me recently. Lately, I’ve been feeling oppressed. I could not figure out the cause, so I figured, it was time to do a cleansing because that’s how Spiritual Warfare works. Sometimes we don’t realize we’ve opened doors or the Lord wants us to get to that next level, but a new level of sanctification is in order.
I have been working with a Pastor on continuing my inner healing journey and we have been trying to schedule a Deliverance session. Because of scheduling difficulties, it’s been hard getting a meeting. As I was waiting, I fasted a bit and hunkered down in my prayer time, focusing on soaking in God’s word.
Since the deliverance session kept getting canceled, I came across a You Tube video of someone who recorded a livestream Deliverance. I watched the whole thing and went through all the renunciations. I paid attention and agreed with the words being spoken over my spirit.
Nothing in the natural realm would reflect I had an obvious deliverance. I went to bed and by faith I prayed that whatever God wanted done would be finished.
The next day I was driving to an appointment and got a vison of a lady I had purchased healing courses from years ago. She was a teacher on YouTube who emphasized inner healing. I knew she wasn’t a Christian. The things she was saying were good, but I was still a bit apprehensive about making this purchase. I asked my husband, and he approved, so I took that as a yes from God as he is my covering.
“My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge.
Because you have rejected knowledge,
I also reject you as my priests;
because you have ignored the law of your God,
I also will ignore your children.” Hosea 4:6
The teachings itself were fine. Nothing was too ‘out there’ ; she had a few Yoga meditations. I listened to them and didn’t have peace about it and I figured if I just bypassed that portion it should be okay. But, just because I thought it was okay does not mean God did. And I later discovered the devil was taking advantage of my ignorance.
The Holy Spirit had me unfollow this person YEARS ago because I began to notice her dabble stronger into Manifestations and obvious witchcraft. The Lord revealed even though I don’t listen and unfollowed her long ago, that I made a covenant with her. That portal was still open, and I needed to close it.
I exclaimed to God, “Lord, how this could be?”
He said to my spirit, “You paid her!” Payment reflects covenant.
The Holy Spirit also reminded me when I enrolled, I gave this woman my email address. I began to see a vision of her with a stack of papers hat were a list of emails she prayed and did rituals over.
I was in complete shock but because of my history of Deliverance, I knew exactly what to do.
Here are the steps I took:
- I repented for making a covenant with someone who was not sent from God. He revealed a covenant can be made with: a spoken vow, blood, sex and money.
- I commanded every portal, demon and spiritual connection to this person and what they are doing to be shut down, destroyed and burned by the fire of God.
- I asked God to hide my email, pleading the blood of Jesus over it and all I had done to grieve God.
My full deliverance came by Revelation from God! I was not delivered when I was listening to the deliverance minister cast out demons. I got delivered when I broke that specific covenant with my own voice!
I felt God wanted me to share this with you. As many have listened to Deliverance Ministers and have not received a full freedom. You know something is wrong but you don’t know how to fix it. Sometimes we do things in ignorance. I had moved on from this You Tuber long ago, but that doesn’t matter because the spiritual portal to her was still open and demons had a right to oppress me.
Let’s Pray for you to get your FULL freedom:
“Heavenly Father,
I praise you that in my weakness you promised to be my strength. You promised to always provide a way out and through. Lord, I lift up my past. It is riddled with ignorance and reckless behavior.
I repent for every known and unknown sin but if there is a hidden covenant that I’m not aware of please bring it to my remembrance in the next coming days.
A covenant can be made through a spoken vow, blood, money and sex. Reveal any covenants that need to be renounced. Uproot every stronghold the enemy has put over my spiritual eyes, heart and ears.
I come to you wanting only what you have to give and I will not accept the devil’s offerings as they will bind me in ways that will stop your blessing, freedom, joy and will in my life. Lord, let that not be! You are enough and let every action I did that spoke otherwise be reversed in Jesus’ name. Amen.”
