“From the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, and the violent take it by force.” Matthew 11:12
The ministry of violence means you’re willing to fight in the Spirit. If you’re the type of Christian who says they don’t like to pray out loud, because they don’t want the enemy to hear their plans, then you are not trusting God. You’re in fear. You are shrinking back and in hiding mode; not fighting, defending and protecting what God has given you.
Jesus was bold and confrontational when it was needed. He was not loud or forceful. He was confident in His authority, mission and mandate.
Don’t let your circumstances dictate your confidence in God. When God confirms something, the Enemy will speak to you soon after, to get you to question your authority, mission and mandate. For example, when Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist, God Himself confirmed Jesus was His Son in whom He was pleased. Soon after, Jeus was tempted by the devil. A ministry of Violence means we are trusting God no matter what the Devil says. We don’t have to see it to Believe what God says. We walk in unshakable faith.
“Look among the nations and watch; be utterly astounded: For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told.” Habakkuk 1:5
“Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on earth?” Luke 18:8
This means in the end days, faith in Christ will wane. We must guard our Faith so that no one takes it! Look for God to show up in new ways! Don’t put Him in a box. God has called us to fight our battles so we can grow up in the spirit. It’s how we mature. Be in unity with God as this is your authority in Christ.
The Enemy wants to bring:
Interruption
Interference
Hinderance
Chaos
“Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.” 1 Corinthians 2:11
This means we must be vigilant to watch how the Enemy will work to influence and control you. There will be storms but there will also be miracles!
Declare:
“In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.” Romans 8:37
“The battle is the Lord’s, and He will give you into our hands.” 1 Samuel 17:47
“If God is for us, who can be against us?” Romans 8:31
Let’s pray:
“Heavenly Father,
I break every hinderance, delay, blockage and doubt, uprooting and dismantling the plans of the enemy.
Holy Spirit, please grant me the unity of heaven and give me unity with your Trinity so I can do the greater works Jesus spoke of.
Help me never to cower in far but to rise to my high calling with great faith. I cast out all unbelief.
Anoint me to crush the devil who is attempting to crush me and my family.
In Jesus’ mighty name, show me the warrior you’ve called me to be so I can be empowered to never back down. Amen.”
