About twenty years ago my friend Sheri had a vision…
She was walking towards a small courtyard with a ficus tree in the middle of it.
Laying on the brick courtyard was a very large giant. He took up almost half of the courtyard. I was in shock to see this giant laying there.
He was disshelved and extremely fat with a huge belly. It looked like he had eaten himself into a comatose type of sleep, He was snoring loudly and drooling because he was so soundly asleep that he wasn’t aware that anyone was there with him.
The Lord spoke to my spirit saying, “This is my church. Look at its face.”
I leaned in and was horrified at what I saw! Crawling all over the giant’s head were ant-like creatures. They were in its eyes, nose, ears and mouth. They were very busy occupying the giant’s body as if it was their house.
Then the Lord said, “Look at his eyes.”I focused on its eyes on his eyelashes were fluttering (like he was trying to wake up)
The Lord said, “That’s good because at least there is hope.”
He said, “My church is the giant in the land. It is the biggest thing that exists in the land but it is over-fed and sleeping and being used by its own enemies to become their home!They have no fear of the giant so they are living in it and using it and think it has NO Power!
This was the saddest vision because I realized the church is not taking up its authority and Satan is taking advantage of that.
This brings to mind the evil people occupying the Whitehouse right now. The church is a powerful weapon…God can use our voice to overcome the evil with good.
A lot of the intercessors are praying over all the evil taking place and what the church’s role is. How will we know what to do if our leaders aren’t paving the way?
We could very well lose our country to the urchins who are currently living in the giant and taking it over!
“The wicked flee though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion.” Proverbs 28:1
Pastors say “We do not want to be political.”God NEVER said the church and pastors shouldn’t be involved in what is going on in the government! It’s the current government who is attempting to kick the REAL church out of society altogether!
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged,for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9
“For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.” 2 Timothy 1:7
God is calling the sleeping church to wake up and use its God given authority to fight. Evil wins when good men do NOTHING.
On Tucker Carlson, it was said: “Evangelicals do not vote, Christians are a very low voting block.” That is shocking.
I heard in the last election only one third of Christian’s even bothered to vote. It is saying I have no power so I abdicate my responsibility! We must fight for the principals of the Word of God.
“So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.” Hebrews 13:6
Believers are starved for leaders who will guide them and engage with the real issues happening today; men willing to fight for the truth of the Word of God, morality and sanctification from the world’s way.
Voting is the number one weapon we have to be victorious against Satan this coming November! America hangs in the balance and we cannot give her over with our apathy!
